Here is a guitar notation and TAB teaching blank manuscript template for teachers. I find this useful for beginner students as it explains some of the hard to grasp concepts visually.

The first chord diagram block has a faint outline of a guitar headstock above it and the E,A & D stings are slightly thicker on the TAB lines to help confusion with which the low strings are.
